yes that would of course be my plan B :) But since the house is not just around the corner for me, I am already trying to accomplish a lot from a distance

Most of the time it is 1:100, you can measure it on the plan. That should not be a problem for a draftsman.

Whereby I would definitely measure
Perhaps the missing dimensions such as corridor length or stair location are visible in the ground floor plan.

Whereas the 12cm wall in my opinion is not a real wall, but only part of a party wall, which would then be 24cm in total (semi-detached house?).

It is an end-terrace house.
Therefore, you might be right that the wall actually has 24.
