That was also my intention. Does controlled residential ventilation have to be implemented at all? I am a fan of it, but after all, you don’t have a new building that is completely sealed.

We had already measured before, but unfortunately did not take notes... We just have to every time We already have the approval that we can buy the house. It is important to the owner who the buyer is, which is probably why a new one does not come so quickly. The house has also been on the market for a while. Yes, a controlled residential ventilation system is a must for us. On the one hand, because it is a total comfort gain. On the other hand, we want to insulate and install triple-glazed windows, so it is probably better to have one. A decentralized controlled residential ventilation system was suggested. We are afraid that it will be too loud. And I imagine one device for everything to be more practical.

As has already written, such a controlled residential ventilation system and its piping can also be easily accommodated in walls. Usually, you don't even need to build entire walls for this, just a few "riser shafts" here and there. These can then, for example, be integrated into a built-in shelf. The valves are then logically also located in the walls. You just have to be a little creative and realize that the "new building standard" with the pipes in the ceiling/floor is not the only option.

Walls would be great if that works. There is enough space in the house that we can easily accommodate one or two wall corners :)

Oh... that's the house with the entrance hall, right?! Yes, there are plenty of possibilities with the interior walls - everything central :)

Your concerns are not unfounded, and the consideration that a single unit is more practical is also correct.
