Underfloor heating: should it be installed wet or dry?

Thank you! Then I have to reverse my statement; in new buildings I have never seen the dry method, exclusively wet installation (at least in the 50-60 houses that have been built here in the neighborhood in the last three years).

We also installed our underfloor heating wet, the hose reel was outside in the rain during that time *SCNR*

We also installed wet systems during our renovation
but used flowing screed because it does not require such a high build-up.

I thank you all for your answers. I think a trend is clearly recognizable. Nevertheless, I continue to wonder how the sales advisor can promote [Trockenbauweise] as the only true construction method for an underfloor heating system. Freely following the motto everything else is botch...
