Underfloor heating on the ground floor: insulate or not?

Yep. But why impact sound insulation? No one lives below you. You don't need impact sound insulation, the PUR is sufficient.

It's true that no one is below me. I just thought that if tiles are installed later and someone walks on them, it would be loud. I could be wrong too.

What you mean is impact sound. You won't have a problem with that. You could even come and test it at my home.

Exactly my walking noise that then occurs in the same room. But is impact sound insulation no longer installed in new buildings? Is that the new standard? I mean, impact sound insulation is not expensive. It could also be installed if it is better.

It could. But it is definitely not needed with the construction mentioned.
