I would always glue down vinyl again. 63 sqm. The cost 1920,- for everything. So six bags of leveling compound, five liters of primer, diluted one to four, 60 m of skirting board, 25 kg of adhesive, more than enough, and planks for 19.90 sqm. Plus six cartridges of mounting adhesive. The process was: vacuum, roll primer onto raw screed. Wait. Pour leveling compound on top, mixed with a measuring cup strictly according to instructions. Spread. Let harden. Grind down burrs with a cobblestone. Vacuum. Spread a strip with a notched trowel. Lay, etc. Glue on skirting boards. Two days, three people. Done. A professional who has done this many times should be there. The vinyl is similarly nicely warm like tile. It feels soft to walk on. The look is close to real wood. Karsten
I believe if you consistently tap each plank firmly by hand, it is solid. It is like that here. Nothing comes up there. For the leveling compound, the professionals who supported me had a spiky tool. Karsten
