I am still new here and I am certainly not deliberately using salami tactics. The floor area ratio is 0.4. The building regulation also states the following: "The permissible site occupancy may be exceeded by up to 50% by the areas of garages and parking spaces with their access routes, ancillary facilities within the meaning of § 14 of the Land Use Ordinance and structural installations below ground level, by which the building plot is merely underbuilt." Do you mean the floors with floor area ratio? These are not specified. Only the wall height of 7 m and the ridge height of 11.20 m.
