Transition of basement wall to ground floor

I will make more effort in the future to post clearer pictures here. I don't want to hide anything here; I chose the pictures where I thought the problem would be most visible.

What is hard to see is the context that helps to understand the picture. Larger sections, in which you would then have to search for the affected area, don’t help any better. In my opinion, the most practical approach is the combination of knowing the house as a whole and then being able to spatially locate the problem area (here in floor plan or section, with the terrace edge question it would be a site plan at this point).

There are people here who don’t say anything about their house and then want advice on how to best design their kitchen door. And others, who have laid out their construction history before asking a detailed question, for whom you almost feel at home as a regular reader. Regarding the usefulness of the advice you can give there, I imagine a causal connection.
