I refer once again to my post above: two borrowers, one owner (registered in the land register) works. And that without an extremely high salary. We were able to do it that way. Maybe it has something to do with the loan-to-value ratio?

It’s the same with us. The person who is registered in the land register even definitely has the lower income. The loan is in both names (I just checked again today) [emoji15]

I can also confirm this here. Even very recently. So we can, but do not have to both be registered in the land register. [emoji6]
