Have you actually already had an appointment with Town & Country? At the beginning, I was also so naive and thought the 130k€ for the house would be possible.... by now we are 100k€ over that (but not with Town & Country)! Make an appointment there and you will see that these are all advertising prices!. A new build with everything that belongs to it hardly goes for less than 300k, even with simple equipment and a cheap plot of land.
