This is how we usually do it: Friends, acquaintances, helpers, neighbors, and craftsmen are invited after scheduling an appointment with the carpenter. The neighbors meet a few days before the topping-out ceremony and tie and decorate the wreath. The builders organize the celebration. Drinks and soup, for example, provide tables and chairs. In the colder season, close the window openings with foil or wood, place a blanket in front of the "living room door," lighting and heating. For heating, please do not use a gas heater, as it significantly reduces the oxygen level; better use, for example, a 15kW electric fan heater.
