Tool/program regarding a clear listing of construction costs

I am looking for a tool/program or even an Excel template in which all construction costs (trades, fees, etc.) are listed. Ideally, it should be possible to enter both the cost estimates and the actual costs.

Incidental construction costs already include things like wastewater, earthworks, soil surveys, possibly interest, notary fees, property transfer tax, surveying, squaring, structural analysis, planning, landscaping, building permits... of course, everything is always different from project to project - depending on what is in the contract with your [GÜ / GU].
