Meal time everyone, I find the prices quite sporty compared to our construction project:

We come from Weil der Stadt and have bought a plot near Herrenberg. (Kreis BB). Construction will begin at the end of March, at the latest beginning of April.

Attached are the prices (gross) from our general contractor:

- Central controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery: €8600 Manufacturer Vaillant (Air-water heat pump also from Vaillant)
- Water softening system Grünbeck: €1525 (<- will be purchased online by us and installed by the sanitary installer in the distribution block during the pipe laying. Commissioning will be done by me).
- Surcharge electric roller shutter on switch rocker: Was already included in the standard equipment (KFW55 house, solid construction, Poroton)
- Outlet for ceiling spots (Halox cans): €69 each
- Prefabricated garage (6*3) standard: <- masonry garage, so no price comparison.
- Rainwater cistern 4 cbm without pumps, filter: €2100

Further prices for comparison:

- Laundry chute €800
- All window sills made of granite outside €475
- Surcharge all windows anthracite: €3200
- Underfloor heating in the entire basement €3100
- Blinds in the living and dining area (3 large windows) €650

But you are building in Brandenburg, everything there costs only half. From that point of view, your prices are rather high.
