Joints in corners and on tiles should only be applied after 1-2 years, otherwise the risk of settlement cracks is too high.

that interests me too: in the service descriptions known to me, grouting has always been included - that is before handover of the house. So it would be better to completely avoid joints in corners and transitions in the first year?

Are settlement cracks due to screed setting meant here? That would mainly affect silicone joints in the baseboards of bathrooms or baseboards with parquet.

Joints between wall and door frames, as described by me, are not affected by this, right, or am I misunderstanding something?

Depending on the masonry, there are also cracks on the walls, especially if, for example, the interior walls were made of drywall.

but it doesn't have to be. And acrylic joints can simply be painted over, unlike silicone. Therefore, I don't see it as problematic and there is no need to wait.
