Hello everyone,
we bought an apartment from the developer (not a general contractor). The apartment is still under construction at the moment, but the handover is coming up soon.
Thank you very much for your help!

[*]We have now noticed that there is a large gap (> 3mm) between the wall and the door frame in some doors (in the attached photo, the parquet baseboard is 16mm deep, so the gap between the frame and the wall is about 5mm). Is this acceptable, or can we expect the frames to be remedied? If so, can the frame be set closer to the wall, or will the gap simply be filled with acrylic and painted over?
[*]The load-bearing walls of the apartment are made of concrete and some non-load-bearing walls are made of brick. There is unfortunately a clearly visible gap between the wall and ceiling in the non-load-bearing walls (see photo). Should the gap still be filled by the painter?
