Sure, but if I always have to consider every possible combination of pain and other ailments, then there is no clear recommendation for anything. Be that as it may, if one has no back problems or other complaints, then a lower sitting position is advantageous for tall people.

It referred to the crappy position, because of course it would be 35 degrees and the dish would have to hang at max. 10 cm there. Only possible with a pit toilet...

See posting by mycraft. Higher seat positions are more convenient for sitting down and standing up.

For the rest, I recommend a balanced diet instead of technical tricks.

4 cm make a big difference. By the way, we also have 44cm without glasses.

Huh? If I bend my upper body forward nicely until my elbows rest on my knees, then the absolute height of the seat doesn’t matter at all, the angle is always the same. It’s also a comfortable position to look at your smartphone.

Click through the various WC manufacturers and compare the dimension sheets of the individual series. There is already a 1.5 cm difference regarding the top edge of the WC with the same stud screw size on the 2 WCs I just selected (which I am not allowed to post because otherwise I would get a warning for advertising), maybe there will be a little more with the WC seat. Although 4 cm cannot be compensated for, sometimes 1-2 cm work wonders and you don't have to tear open the entire pre-wall/WC frame along with the tiles.
