Three rows of formwork blocks/strip foundation as ground leveling

to compensate for the slope, three rows of shuttering blocks were placed on the strip foundation, but without incorporating steel. The floor slab is then to be placed on this.

Do you consider this to be problematic?

Totally concerning, nothing works in this situation without [Bohrpfähle].

I would have hoped so too, but in February there was talk of a 70 cm terrain difference in the area of the base . To me, this construction seems rather unsuitable for that.

That is surely only a frost skirt, and not a strip foundation. The floor slab transfers the load to the area within the formwork blocks. I do not automatically consider the construction to be faulty. Layman's opinion, however!
