Well, maintenance basically means nothing and doesn't say anything at all. What was maintained? Such a heating system consists of many individual parts and many of them can/must be maintained.

I don't know exactly what they did, maybe just made a stamp that they were there, I do think it's running, it shows 1.2 bar and 20 degrees at blue and red.
