In an older attic apartment, there is always the problem in winter that the roof window sweats heavily overnight. In the morning, the pane together with the frame is very wet. Probably because the glass is cold and the room temperature is higher. Room temperature about 18 degrees. The roof window is additionally closed on the inside from the room by a blackout blind. There is about 25 cm of "air" between the blind and the pane. The room itself is small. About 6 m2.
Does the window sweat so much overnight because the blind separates the roof window pane from the room air?
Without blackout, it is not possible because it would be too bright (street lighting).
Many thanks
