Hello,
we had venetian blinds installed on 3 windows instead of roller shutters. Unfortunately, on one of the venetian blinds, the guide nipples broke off after about 2 weeks while driving. We complained about this and the venetian blind was finally replaced after 5! months. The 2nd venetian blind came out of the guide rails shortly after the failure of the 1st one. This problem was also fixed last week. Today, the end position of all venetian blinds was adjusted. Shortly thereafter, the venetian blind came out of the rail again, see picture.
Does anyone have similar problems? Could an incorrect rail possibly have been installed here? A wind sensor is installed and working. The problem is that when the venetian blind comes out of the guide rail, the guide nipples catch on the roller shutter box and break off sooner or later.
Also, the question is whether money may be withheld for the long downtime.
