Hello,

I have a new faucet but unfortunately I can't quite fit it into the sink hole.

Did I need to pay attention to something when buying it?

Only the connections have to go through the hole, right? The actual body rests on the sink. Or does it not go further than what can be seen in the picture?

I think I have had that before as well. If I remember correctly, the threaded rod has a slot at the bottom. It can be unscrewed with a screwdriver and after inserting the faucet from below, it can be tightened again.

I removed the threaded rod, but unfortunately it still doesn't fit through.
