As always with such advice, I counter that this will permanently poison the relationship and, in the event of a legal dispute, have a negative effect. Obvious smear campaigns rarely help the plaintiff. It also does no good to drive the company (prematurely) into insolvency; then you definitely won’t see any money.

Moreover, it is questionable why anyone should broadcast their private disputes to the world.

The person I advised this to has nothing to do with the OP. In that respect, one does not know the problem at all. I would like to delete my post.

With the newspaper there is certainly still time and damage to reputation is not in my interest. We just want something to be done, because otherwise we will soon have a construction ruin. A water damage was not properly repaired. Emails with confirmation of receipt do not count in today's age of digitalization?

Especially in an otherwise commendable post, I find it a shame when the term Bauträgers is misused. From the description, I rather get the impression that this was a substitute performance in the case of a Generalunternehmens.

We have a Town & Country house with license partner Lukas Massivhaus GmbH. I have to approach the license partner since the contract was concluded with them.

I will simply use "Bauträger/Bauunternehmer" specifically for you from now on. Of course, in this case it was a Bauunternehmer. However, for us it was a Bauträger.
