I thought the same, if they build the same houses hundreds of times across Germany, neither they nor the buyers must have had such bad experiences with them.
We will take a look at the model house in Cologne in the next few weeks, and if we like it, we will check out the projects under construction and already completed areas.

We are also in the process, actually we have already decided... but I would be interested in the topic of smart homes. Have you already looked into that?
