hm well, on the one hand your neighbor is bothered by 2 cm in the air, on the other hand you accept his bushes on your land.

reminds me of the chain-link fence.

with all due respect, 2 cm in the air is already hardcore. you shouldn't put up with everything and should make him aware of his shower.

oh man poor Germany....

did you do a site inspection and possibly find something to catch him on?

Well, if you only have such a tiny piece of land, you don't want it to get any smaller. I can understand that. However, I wouldn't force a rollback either; I would rather try to blackmail you in some other way. Our neighbor constantly plows 1m into our land over a length of 40m. So far, it doesn't bother us either. But let's see what else I can get out of him. I constantly need cheap slaves...

Before I let myself be "blackmailed," I'd rather have it dismantled. Quite honestly, I don't find it funny. The frustration is enormous, and I simply find the reaction inappropriate.

well, I see it differently. even if the anger is huge, I would still check whether you are within the legal framework as Bauexperte already says.

Otherwise "Polen offen" if you give in and the neighbor does whatever he wants with you-

Can't you just plane off the beam by 2 cm? Sorry, but something like that should really be a matter of tolerance. Who measured the L-bricks to the millimeter?
