Hello everyone,
I need your input because our neighbor to the east of us has thrown our outdoor facility planning off course. The plan was to secure the area with 2 rows of 1m L-shaped stones. Now our neighbor is going to build 3 full stories towards the garden, meaning he will want to go out over the basement towards the garden.
This would make the planning pointless since we wanted to fill up and he wanted to excavate. We would then have 2.5m L-shaped stones on the side, which none of us wants.
Therefore, the question now is, do you have an idea what it would cost to build the terrace on a scaffold, possibly together with the equipment room. See screenshot. We would need to expose the basement to the garden, but then we would not need to place L-shaped stones (€26k).
Would wood or steel be advisable?
