Besides, the research work so far has brought me quite far in many ways... you definitely get taken much more seriously in the business... (for all those who have been brushed off by the two experts more often...)
And actually, the reason for this thread was to get recommendations regarding this...
Well, you asked for a recommendation for a layperson who has no idea about tenders. You shouldn’t be surprised if the answer is "for laypersons who have no idea, there is no recommended program."
By the way, the research work so far has taken me quite far in many respects... you are definitely taken much more seriously in the trade
That may be so. But if you have an architect who has to check the tenders anyway (which ultimately means he could do it himself with the same effort), learning the subject is commendable, but the work should be done by professionals. In the long run, that actually saves money, even if you have to spend something for the professional upfront.
With us it runs quite boldly - we let ourselves be given an offer (preferably also with a personal meeting and discussion of how we want things), cross out all prices, and then send it on as a request with the respective information ([Baumappe] etc.)
And yes, I know the "digital killjoys," it happens to me when I recommend "Sweet Home 3D" for creating the floor plan.
