Buy liquid sealant in white, a small bucket is enough and roll it on with the roller

It's basically plastic for rolling
Lasts easily 1-2 years and no moisture gets through upwards
Tape off with the cheap 4x5m foil and done
I'd say 3 hours

Wow, I didn't even know something like that existed. Is that the same as "liquid foil"? You can find that on Amazon. Or do I have to look for it at the hardware store?
