Hello dear forum users

we are currently doing the interior finishing of our little house – so almost done

I therefore have a question regarding surveying costs.
A friend had made me a bit uncertain. A few months after moving in, another invoice for just surveying arrived at their house. She said I should better plan for that.
However, I wonder what else could still come?

Plot surveying was done by the city as it was a complete new development area.
Staking out the house – we paid for that before construction started.
After the shell construction was completed, the building measurement took place. (Cadastre office)
that was about 1100€

I thought that now, with regard to surveys, everything is done or have I forgotten something?

On the internet, I only find these 3 items

I would be very grateful for some answers

greetings

I believe that nothing more is coming. The measurement that was done at your acquaintance's place was probably the surveying of the building. Just as it was done for you after the completion of the shell construction. The surveying is not always carried out immediately like for you.

If those who have already done the building survey, then nothing more will come from that. If you now put up a garage or a carport afterwards and that was already in the input planning, then not either. It's basically included. So you can relax.

For the building surveying, there is some time. We were only reminded after more than 5 years after moving in.
For you, it should therefore be finished.

Was about to say, you get warned for building surveying, I wouldn't report myself in principle either, they'll notice it anyway.

ok yes we have already been warned, the roof was just one day after that. You are basically obliged to take care of the surveying after the shell construction is completed. To save work, I then simply commissioned the office that issued the warning. Thanks for your answers. So for now I’m relaxed again. But something will surely still come.
