Supply temperature from 40 degrees to 35 degrees "pattern" or not

KfW55 and then with 40 degrees supply temperature. getting around the underfloor heating. We are in the year 2022! Signature signed too early!

that also seems quite inconsistent to me... 40 degrees is outrageous. And charging such additional costs for 5 degrees as well. This needs to be properly designed. I would have it calculated at 30/26, with a heat pump definitely as low as possible. Even designing a gas boiler at 40 degrees is something from the year 2000...

I can only confirm that. The old multi-family house (350 sqm from 1913) here was equipped with gas, underfloor heating, and a flow temperature of just under 35° ... 12 years ago ;). Additional wall insulation only at the building corners facing north.

... before plastering, something was applied on the corners (I don't know what, the homeowner, my landlord, did it). This made the corners more noticeable and they were accordingly emphasized with paint.

No, I also don’t think about the impact on the heating load, but rather for temperature equalization, that is, reducing cold spots in the apartment. Also, the landlord just visited, the back side, which you can see here, is overall also equipped with a thin (approx. 60 mm) thermal insulation, since it is the north side.
