Substrate for floor slab

Hello,
we have purchased a plot of land and will soon build a house without a basement. According to the soil report, the subsoil consists of 1m topsoil, just under 1m loess :( and from 2.5m clay. What should be considered regarding the foundation slab? A specific mixture for water drainage, etc. What do you advise us, what do we need to keep in mind? The house will be built with all trades by the construction company.
