Studded membrane end profile without drilling

Along our neighbor's garage, we have "protected" it from our soil with a three-sided dimpled membrane. Now, however, it is about the cosmetics, as my wife is starting to be bothered by the appearance of the membrane. Our neighbor has asked to investigate whether there is also a finishing profile strip that can be glued instead of nailing it into his garage wall. Furthermore, we thought that there might possibly be some kind of decorative foil in a stone look or whatever that could be clamped in front of it. But I can't find either one. Does anyone of you possibly have an idea/source?

You simply cut the dimpled membrane directly at ground level and all problems are solved (that's how you do it with any dimpled membrane, whether on your own house, the garage, or anywhere else).

If you want it a bit fancier, there is also the Disto distance profile – it is simply slipped loosely over the cut-off studded membrane and looks a bit nicer. It comes in 3 colors and 5 heights. It is normally intended for weighting with slab coverings, but can also be fixed if necessary with ground nails or similar.
