Structural assessment of the slots for electrical and air conditioning systems

I literally have no words for the obviously clueless execution here. I hope that it does not strain the friendly relationship with your semi-detached house co-builder and future neighbor that the general contractor has failed in his profession. Judging by the pictures, one might think they have stumbled into a continuation of the "Fleischerhaus" thread. Hopefully, the general contractor is (also financially) able to follow the expert's healing suggestions.
