Stora loft bed

I am thinking about buying this loft bed.

Now I have the following questions:

- How loadable is this bed regarding its carrying capacity?

- Can you really assemble it yourself?

- Quality?

- Durability?

- And can you also use a mattress thicker than recommended?

......well, the 'Stora' loft bed frame from Ikea.....

If you are sufficiently skilled, you can assemble everything from IKEA yourself. However, I would not try to assemble the loft bed alone, but - as indicated in the instructions - at least with two people.

-And can you use a thicker mattress than recommended?

Of course you can, but then the edge is no longer high enough to ensure that you don't fall out. It's your decision how much you care about the person sleeping in it
