Spot planning in the bathroom - how would you arrange it? Ideas?

I would limit myself to two spots: both centered on the door in one axis, evenly distributed between the front and the shower. Then a wall/mirror light that can be switched separately. If this is planned to be bright enough, one can (also) do without the two spots.

The symmetrical basic arrangement is OK to illuminate the room. I would use milky reflector disks over flood-like recessed ceiling lights. Being able to see well in a mirror would still be important to me, and a rather dim light at the toilet so that you don't wake up at night from the bright ceiling light and still see sufficiently. For that, we installed strongly dimmed recessed lights at calf height to the right and left of the toilet in the pre-wall.
