Specifications for fireplace/oven distances

We had to maintain a distance of 30 cm from each wall. This was also stated in the description of the stove. The wall behind the fireplace had to be additionally bricked up (wooden frame prefab house). Additionally, either a plate must be laid 50 cm in front of the opening of the fireplace stove, or a non-combustible floor covering must be used.

But as many have already said: Your building savings contract tells you all this... and if it says you need 55.73 cm, then you need 55.73 cm... Without approval from it, no operating permit, and then no insurance coverage if something happens :)

That can also be said differently!
Did I say anywhere that I rely on my opinion? No!

The question just came up and my BSH is on vacation, so I thought I'd ask here.
