Spare parts for Geberit Sigma 30 push plate

I don't either... I asked an online shop whether only the trim strips are available as spare parts. They will inquire directly at Geberit. I am waiting for an answer...

I am very interested in the answer, even though I don't have much hope. My plumber has also been avoiding it so far.

With us, both the large and the small strip fell off within a few weeks after moving in and only held for a few weeks with superglue.

We have the panel in matte silver. After a complaint to Geberit with photos, they still sent two new ones. But that was already 2 years ago. I replaced one a few weeks ago. I hope the quality of the strips is now better. We have the panel in the bathroom and guest bathroom, and both had the problem very quickly...

I received feedback yesterday that only complete actuator plates can be supplied as spare parts by Geberit...

After the Sigma 30 actuator plate in the guest bathroom was changed at the end of Dec 20, the small strip fell off again last week. It holds for a few months again with superglue. Presumably, the large strip will fall off in the meantime...

Today I changed the actuator plate in the bathroom; there both (already glued strips) have fallen off again.

Can it really be that you have to glue the small strips yourself every few months? I find that really poor quality for a price of 80 euros. After 3 years, the replacement of the glued actuator plates is then due...

Do you have any tips? The actuators should be square and from Geberit.
