Price is very fair. Even if a few m2 more are measured. Rough floor area x 3 usually fits.

Good day everyone, just wanted to give a quick update that we are still working on the topic of dispersion paint vs. silicate paint.

Our general contractor has now offered us the additional cost for the silicate paint: €1 net more per m². In total €1400 including VAT.

That seems fair to me. What do you think?
