Hello,
I never claimed "their own fault" at any point; I referred to the provider and that the original poster could have asked.
I don't know any builder or potential buyer who hasn't already heard or read about calcium silicate bricks; I encounter it in almost every initial meeting. This topic would have naturally led to a conversation about soundproofing and 11.5 cm walls.

If someone now builds/has built a massive house, they should normally be able to assume that you can't hear it when someone whispers or reads quietly in the neighboring room. Saying "their own fault" I find inappropriate.
