Sound insulation - differences in interior doors?

I will install it myself anyway, so a carpenter is not an option for financial reasons. I think it will be an RSPK door with [Schallex Bodendichtung].

Yes.

I have read up a bit on the issue. Of course, I always have either exhaust or supply air in a room, never both except in the living/dining area.

Isn't the keyhole and the general leakiness enough to allow enough air to flow? So is it absolutely necessary to consider an overflow function with drop-down door seals?

No and yes.
But that's not a problem. Talk to your door supplier. The frames can be made accordingly.

Great tip, I will provide a milling on the horizontal part of the frames so that air can flow over the frames.
