You should only build there if you and especially your wallet have a high capacity to withstand strain.

And rather one level more in the house. In such a location, 15cm more can certainly have a decisive effect.

And you should take care of the planting sometime after the house construction. Not everything in the garden will survive. Maybe create a swamp biotope, a terrace on stilts or something...

You don't know anything yet; as long as a geotechnical analysis for your plot and the actual position of the house has not been done.

This should be done as soon as possible.



Have you ever consulted with a home builder regarding the soil report to get an idea of what the additional costs might be?
