Soil report for bungalow 140 sqm, additional costs for WU concrete?

Hello, I wanted to ask how you have now solved the issue with the floor slab. We are currently facing the same debacle regarding the immense additional cost from Eco for the WU base slab (same water permeability class as you). We were told they will not do any drainage, we have to use the WU concrete. They are not considering other sealing options either... Best regards

Every case is different... [bodengutachten] and [schnittzeichnung] of the house. Then I can tell you my opinion. But as I have probably already written here, in my experience, a WU slab is rarely necessary for a single-family house without a basement.

It was accepted by us. However, we had previously spoken with the [Bodengutachter] and he amended the report accordingly. Hopefully it will work out for you as well.
