Software 3D visualization experiences

thank you very much for your responses. In the meantime, I have tried Sweethome3D and Plan7Architect.

I found Sweethome3D somewhat intuitive to use and it already helps a bit to visualize the rooms. Of course, we plan the floor plan together with planners from companies, but we have not yet decided on a construction company, and I always feel a bit uncomfortable expecting too much preliminary work from them.

I tested cadvilla, Sweet Home 3D, and Plan7Architekt and ultimately decided on Plan7Architekt. It offers everything cadvilla can do, but at a much more affordable price. The DWG export for collaboration with architects is included in the Pro version, which costs €149.99, whereas this feature is only available in cadvilla from €200 onwards. Sweet Home 3D is free, but is more suitable for simple projects or just for fun.
