Sofa Arild - Call Ikea and ask

Hello. A quick question: I would really like to buy the 2-seater sofa Arild. Now, neither of the two Ikeas in my city have the thing. Is it possible to somehow reach Ikea by phone and tell them to order it, or do I have to wait until Ikea orders it by itself, or even go to an Ikea store because of this question and then drive back? Do you know if there is some kind of hotline? With the regular number, I only get a rather annoying computer lady on the line, who apparently has no information about the matter :( Thanks for tips. If it is stated as available by order in the furniture store, then I understand that you go there, place an order, and probably pay immediately or make a deposit, since it is not kept in stock. The Ikea people here will surely answer that precisely. In the past, I have reached a real person at the phone number when I told the computer any nonsense.
