Hello,

we want to buy a house that has rough plaster inside (which is partially damaged, so chipped/dented).

Do you maybe have a rough estimate for us of what applying a smooth plaster (do you need Q4 in the living area) or woodchip wallpaper and painting would roughly cost?

Unfortunately, I don't know the square meterage of the walls, but the living area is 200 sqm with a room height of 2.40m (windows in normal number and size, I would say).

If you need any more information, I will gladly try to provide it.

You ask really funny questions. Do you at least have a floor plan to look at? 200 sqm says nothing about the sqm wall surface. And depending on the type of plaster, it can be quickly filled or involve a lot of effort.

27,457.98 - the price may change slightly if instead of cactus green, puke brown is chosen as the color. Please upload floor plans with areas, photos of the wall covering, etc.

I don't want to post a floor plan here as long as it is not finalized. Attached is a photo.

There are 6 rooms plus kitchen and 2 bathrooms without any major niches/angles.
If that is not enough to estimate whether you end up at €8,000 without own work or rather €20,000, I'm very sorry.

You don't need to feel sorry about that. However, for your future construction site, you should work on your communication skills and your understanding of the importance of information in order to be able to coordinate a renovation with craftsmen. And that was not meant to be sarcastic or ironic. You cannot expect help if you remain so vague. You will have to get quotes or obtain materials, and one should not be stingy with information in that case.
