Now you get homework: For each room calculate (length + width) x double height. Then you roughly have the wall surfaces. Then subtract another 10% for doors and windows.
==> newly to be filled and painted area
Then multiply the whole by a fictional price per sqm for filling, sanding, painter's fleece, and paint.

Without self-work you will be well above €20,000. Maybe around €45,000-50,000 (?).

Maybe you can scrape off the textured plaster. But I think it's not just superficial but a thick plaster.

You really let an entire forum calculate for you now, which roughly places partition walls and approximately estimates the square meters? Sorry, but sometimes you have to work out quite a bit of information and numbers yourself to get a sense at all.

Oh, how friendly everyone is here! I let a WHOLE forum do the math. No one is forced to answer here and so far there has been about one meaningful answer anyway...

You might want to compare the information content or your question about the house and the cost aspect of plastering

and then Result? And it is still unknown what thickness the existing plaster has, etc., maybe there is a photo of such spots ... and then maybe someone can be found who can give a reasonable price indication.
