Single-layer masonry vs. double-layer masonry with ETICS

...Most general contractors are tough negotiators when it comes to price negotiations and rarely give in, even when confronted with their often exaggerated margins, in my opinion.

A clever builder upgrades rather than downgrades, preferably with regional general contractors/subcontractors!
