Would you then place a complete bathroom with toilet in the basement? One of the home builders had suggested building only a shower and a sink downstairs, which would probably save the need for a lifting station?! We didn't pursue it further because we found the idea strange to have no toilet there. It somehow feels like a wet cell o_O
