Thanks already for the many responses.
A structural engineer is of course on board, was also already there for the inspection and could make initial statements about load-bearing walls. The walls in the attic are all non-load-bearing, but partially bracing ("stumps" in the two tube-shaped rooms as well as part of the wall of the bedroom and the toilet). On the ground floor, the middle thick wall is load-bearing (at least for the wooden beam ceiling), the part towards the annex as well. The part between the living and dining room shown in the plan above will definitely be removed (marked in yellow). The breakthrough was already present in the past, then reduced to a pass-through and now will be reopened. The wall between the bathroom and the second bathroom part is a Ytong wall that my father-in-law put up himself at some point. That is why it is marked in yellow and will be removed again. Downstairs in yellow next to the stairs is a lightweight wall, which will be demolished up to 90 cm. Currently, the toilet is there (at the moment you can almost only back in there...).
I’m trying to set the exterior views neatly, since I had to rebuild the house because a few terrain heights didn’t match and correcting it broke the model for me.
Best regards
