Hello everyone,
my wife and I are currently planning the complete renovation of a single-family house that we will be buying soon (inheritance in the family, therefore this property).
Here is the questionnaire:
Bebauungsplan/Einschränkungen
Plot size – 600 sqm
Slope – partly – 1m height difference across the plot width
Site occupancy index – irrelevant
Floor area ratio – irrelevant
Building envelope, building line and boundary – irrelevant
Edge development – no
Number of parking spaces – 1 existing garage + 1 planned carport
Number of floors – basement + ground floor + attic
Roof shape – gable roof
Style –
Orientation – SSW
Maximum heights/limits
Further requirements –

Basement, floors – fully basement + ground floor (including 1 extension on a crawl space) + upper floor
