Hello!

We have made another step forward and have our first floor plan ready.
We are building on a 530m² plot with a north orientation.
On the other side of the street there is a field, which will remain undeveloped for at least the next few years and provides a nice view.
No basement and the ridge direction is perpendicular to the street...
Left neighbors move their garage to the property boundary and build 3m towards the street side.
The upper floor does not matter for now!

What are your opinions?

The kitchen as a hallway?
What are the 1.8 sqm supposed to be for?

The 1.8m² are supposed to serve as a pantry. What do you mean by "the kitchen as a hallway"? The house entrance is the door below.

Only considering EG and OG together makes some sense.
In advance: why these useless 1.80 sqm; why various passages through different rooms to the outside; the bathroom probably can't be furnished at 4.70 sqm; what is that trapped small room above the bathroom!?
The garage will be too narrow for a double garage...

Best to post floor plans, EG and OG!, with measurements, otherwise this is pointless.

The small room above the bathroom will be the technical room, since we are building without a basement. The pantry could of course also be placed in the room directly to the right. The garage is not supposed to be a double garage.
I really don’t think you have to go through various rooms to get outside?!? There is a hallway from which you go outside... just like in every other house.

So, without dimensions, upper floor plan, north arrow, and complete site plan, this is of little use. But if I assume that with 1.8 sqm pantry accessible from the kitchen, this room only makes sense if it is about 100 cm wide, then the room is 1.8 m long. If I then put that into relation to the length of the stairs... then that cannot be a proper staircase. So everything from the beginning, please.
