Your entrance area is far too narrow. How is one supposed to receive the postman with the door half open without stumbling backwards down the stairs or hitting their back on the stair railing? When carrying a shopping basket, it's hardly possible to get between the door handle and the stair railing without bumping into something. Our staircase is 4.60m long with a room height of 2.70m, your staircase is quite short.

Best regards
Sabine

Unfortunately, no numbers can be seen, nor whether the furniture, for example in the dressing room, is chosen correctly. In addition, the exterior walls are far too thin to be taken seriously. There should be at least half a meter in every direction, which is no longer available in the living area.
Therefore, I will wait until the necessary information is disclosed here.
What can be seen:

That I don’t see any wardrobe, and if it is where it is drawn, I wonder who constantly cleans the hallway.
Wardrobe preferably away from the entrance is impractical.
The staircase is in the way here. You stumble over it.

What do we have to do with the offers? It’s about your assessment and your possibilities.

It’s not 180 sqm... no usable attic space upstairs means you hit your head in the bedroom. A knee wall at about 130 cm height would be appropriate here.

Slope means giving up the attic.
What you have drawn is a house for a flat plot, but not for yours.
